Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and frwd2 ("frwd2", "we", "us") for using frwd2.in, the dashboard, short links, the API, the @frwd2/sdk and@frwd2/mcp packages (together, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you use it for an organization, you confirm you're allowed to accept these terms on its behalf.

1. Accounts

• You must give accurate information and be at least 16 years old.
• Keep your password, sessions and API keys secure. You're responsible for activity under your account and your organization's API keys, including actions taken by AI agents you connect.
• Tell us promptly at support@frwd2.in if you suspect unauthorized access. You can revoke sessions and API keys yourself in the dashboard.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use frwd2 to create or share links that:

• lead to phishing, malware, scams, or pages that impersonate someone else;
• distribute illegal content, including child sexual abuse material, or infringe others' rights;
• are sent as spam or used to hide the real destination from security filters;
• promote violence, harassment or hate against people.

You also may not probe, overload or bypass the Service's security or rate limits, resell the Service without permission, or scrape it beyond what the API allows.

We may disable links, suspend API keys or accounts, and remove content that breaks these rules or puts people at risk, where possible after telling you. Report abuse tosupport@frwd2.in.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the links and data you create. You give us permission to store, process and serve them only as needed to run the Service. You can export your links at any time.

4. Anonymous links

Links created without an account can't be edited or deleted by you later. We may remove them if they break these terms.

5. API, SDK and MCP server

• API use is subject to rate limits, which we may adjust to protect the Service.
• Don't embed API keys in public or client-side code.
• The npm packages are provided under their own licenses, shown in each package.

6. Paid plans and service levels

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing terms and any uptime commitment (such as a 99.9% service level for eligible plans) are set out in your order or plan description. Where a service level applies, the remedies it describes are your sole remedy for missing it.

7. Changes and availability

We keep improving frwd2 and may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the Service, we'll give reasonable notice so you can export your links.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using frwd2 and delete your links and organizations at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (such as liability limits) continue after termination.

9. Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated in your plan, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the websites that short links point to.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, frwd2 isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You'll defend and indemnify frwd2 against third-party claims arising from links you create or your breach of these terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date above and give account holders notice of material changes before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [Governing jurisdiction], and disputes will be handled by its courts, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
